Gabriel Henriquez Torres
Born in Talca, Chile 1961

Nationality: Chilean

Qualified: Admitted as a lawyer, Santiago, Chile 2004. Admitted as a pharmaceutical chemist, Concepción, Chile, 1986.

Gabriel Henríquez is attorney qualified. Previously in 1986 he obtained a Degree in Chemistry and Pharmacy and work in the pharmaceutical industry. In 2000, he was appointed Product Manager for ABAD Laboratories in The Maule Region.

From 2004 to 2007, Gabriel Henríquez worked as an independent lawyer working in civil and commercial law.

Since 2008, he is an associate lawyer with Laborda Abogados SpA and has specialized in the advising of international laboratories; Registering medicines, their brands and products in Chile, elaborating contracts of distribution for pharmaceutical products in the national market. He has also provided advice in cases concerning the infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights in pharmaceutical products. On the other hand, since 2005, he teaches legal medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Católica del Maule in Talca city.


 

Gabriel F. Vargas Valladares

Ms. Blanco obtained her Accountant degree in Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacin in 2008. In 2012 she obtained a Master Degree in Taxations. She has worked for public and private organizations since 2007 in Venezuela, developing a mixture experience in legal matters, Quality Management and Operational Projects Auditing. In Laborda Abogados SpA she is the liaison manager with clients and suppliers.

Cristian Laborda Mora

Born in Santiago de Chile, 1978

Nationalities Chilean / Spaniard

Is the managing director of Laborda Abogados SpA a boutique law firm based in Santiago. Mr. Laborda studied law in the Universidad de Talca, in Chile from 1997 to 1999. He studied intellectual property law at Birkbeck, University of London and received a Law degree from the Universidad de Barcelona, then he gained a diploma of taxation at the Universidad de Chile and graduated with honors from the Universidad de Santiago, with a diploma in International politics trade and diplomacy. With a working experience in Spain and United Kingdom, 10 years  working with matters related to international maritime law, international public law and environmental affairs. In his latest year he was acting a Chilean delegate representative and head of the Oceanic affairs department and also he is member of The American Society of International Law, International Bar Association, Colegio de Abogados de Chile, FCIB Global and ALQ United States and Alumni Centre INBA.

Mr. Laborda speaks Spanish and English and has a sound knowledge of Italian and Catalan.
